solid stay near the beach
helpful staff convenient location clean room
The staff was quite helpful and accommodating. i really appreciated the convenient location near shops and restaurants. the rooms were clean and well-kept. Fresh towels were provided regularly. i found the room spacious and comfortable.
The bar was located down a flight of stairs. It created congestion and difficulty, especially at night. it was not ideal with mobility issues.

surprisingly great stay!
animation team several activity live music parrot show
the animation team had several activities for everyone. archery and minigolf were available. we also enjoyed water polo. the nightly entertainment included live music and parrot shows. the staff worked very hard. they were always friendly and cute.
the hotel could use a small update.

inedible meal terrible quality
The food was awful. every single evening, the meal was completely inedible. I ended up spitting food into napkins due to the terrible quality. the hotel itself looked decent, and the beach was conveniently close and beautiful, but the food ruined it for me. honestly, the food was atrocious!!!
